How the Winner Directory Is Compiled
Provenance, inclusion rules and the correction route for the 950 International Restaurant Awards winner records in this directory. Export dated 19 September 2026.
Where the records come from
Every entry in the International Restaurant Awards winner directory is exported from the Golden Tree Awards CRM — the award-management system in which nominations for this programme are received, evaluated and closed. The directory is regenerated from that export as static pages; nothing is typed in by hand or added from third-party sources, and every figure shown (totals, years, countries, categories) is computed from the export at build time.
What counts as a winner
A record is listed only when an official winning category has been recorded against it by the awards team for a specific award year. Winner status is not derived from payment, from attendance at a ceremony, from having been nominated or shortlisted, or from any marketing flag. Nominees without a winning-category record do not appear. One organisation can hold several records if it won in more than one category or year; each record is listed separately.
What is published
For each winner: the organisation name, the winning category, the award year, the country, the industry classification where one is recorded, the official website where one was supplied, and — for 448 of the 950 records — a short specialist description verified in the CRM. No e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, contact names, nomination plans, fees or payment details are published.
Coverage and known gaps
- Award years covered: 2019–2026 (8 editions), 950 winner records in total. Each year has its own page (2026 back to 2019).
- 109 countries have a country page. 3 records are listed in the year pages and the main list without a country page (0 with no recorded country; 3 whose country has no directory slug in the CRM: Lebanon (2) and Northern Ireland (1)).
- 0 records have no industry classification and are shown without one.
- City-level data is not recorded for winners, so the directory is organised by year and country only.
- Winner logos and photographs are not currently displayed.
- Country pages with fewer than 5 winners (58 of 109) remain browsable but are marked no-index and are left out of the sitemaps. Year pages are indexed whenever the year has at least one winner.
- The original filterable winners table remains available at its own address; this directory is the canonical, page-per-year and page-per-country listing.
Updates
Records can change after publication — for example when a winner supplies a corrected organisation name or website. Each list shows the date its most recent record was updated. This build was generated from the export dated 19 September 2026.
Requesting a correction
If you are a listed winner and any detail about your entry is inaccurate, use the contact page or e-mail awards@goldentreeawards.com with the subject line “Winner Directory correction”, quoting the organisation name, category and year as shown. Corrections are applied in the awards system and appear here at the next rebuild.
