Each of the seven regions groups together neighbouring nations that share culinary heritage and market conditions, which allows our panels to assess entries against relevant, like-for-like peers rather than a single global yardstick.
Yes. Each individual venue is judged within its own region, so a hospitality group operating in, for example, both Europe and the Middle East may submit each property separately. Brand-level and leadership honours are then considered across the wider portfolio where relevant.
