Fee & Costs
There are two distinct fees in your participation journey. You only ever consider the second one if your restaurant is confirmed as a winner.
Paying a fee never guarantees winning. Winners are chosen on merit by an independent jury. No payment, plan or package can influence the result.

Nomination Benefits
Every plan gives your restaurant a place on the official platform and an independent, criteria-based review.
More participation, not more chance of winning. Higher plans add awards, categories and visibility — but the result is always decided on merit by the independent jury.

- Paying a nomination fee does not guarantee winning.
- Winners are selected on merit by an independent jury.
- Award credits are valid for the same-year award program only.
- Nomination fees are non-refundable.
- Nominations are non-transferable.
- Credits cannot be carried forward to a future year or program.
- The organiser may verify any information submitted.
- False or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
- Award logo and name usage follows the official branding guidelines.
- Winner-logo usage requires confirmed status and Winner Package approval.
Winner Package — Important Notes
- Only confirmed winners may order a Winner Package.
- Ordering a package does not influence the selection.
- Winners have a 10-day ordering window from the announcement.
- One award title corresponds to one Winner Package.
- One Winner Package applies per award program.
- Winning multiple categories in one program needs only one package — e.g. if a company wins at the International Restaurant Awards in three categories, only one Winner Package is required for the International Restaurant Awards.
- Each package includes one physical item of each type.
- Additional physical items are available at extra cost.
- Materials are personalised with name, category and year.
- Title, logo and branding rights apply once ordered and approved.
- If not ordered, references to the win must be removed within 15 days.
- Winner Package terms and conditions apply.
Ordering a Winner Package
Confirmed winners receive ordering details after the announcement and choose the package that suits them.
Shipping
Physical items are shipped at additional cost, or can be collected at the gala ceremony.
